The apparatus above is sold by Owl Scientific.  It was also sold by Integrated Separation Systems/Enprotech.  This unit accepts the 8cm x 10cm Jule precast gels made in glass cassettes only (made with low fluorescence glass). The 10cm x 10 cm cassette is not available at this time.

The Jule Precast Gels for Apparatus above are available with the following options:

Sample Wells: 10 wells, 2 wells (one reference well and one large well for 2D work), and no sample well (provided with a flat top with 1.5 cm gap for stacking gel).

Gel Thickness: .75 mm and 1.5 mm.  The .75mm thick gels are ideal for blotting. The 1.5 mm thick gels hold more sample and are more durable.

Quantity:  8 gels per pack ($150.00), 2 gels per pack ($40.00)

Shelf Life: 2 months
